My father pulled a handfull of mint and tossed it in his hamburger meat one day, mom wailed he would ruin it! That was 30 years ago and they are still cooking them today. Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef |
1 small onion, minced and drained |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
kosher salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
1/2-3/4 cup fresh mint, chopped |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix up for hamburger patties. 2. The mint gives them a plesant and different taste! |
