A refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Ingredients:
4 sprigs fresh mint |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
crushed ice |
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons grapefruit juice |
120 ml tonic water, chilled |
lemon slice, to garnish |
Directions:
1. Crush two of the mint sprigs with the sugar and put these into a glass. 2. Fill the glass with crushed ice. 3. Add the lemon and grapefruit juices and the tonic water. 4. Stir gently and decorate with the remaining mint sprigs and lemon slices. |
