A sweet and minty cucumber dish that reminds you of summer. Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced |
1/8 cup splenda granular (sugar substitute) |
1 sprig mint |
Directions:
1. Combine cucumber slices with splenda. 2. Let rest for 5 minutes. 3. Slice mint and toss with cucumbers. 4. serve. 5. Also good served with watermellon. |
