Mint Cocoa Krispies Treats |

Everyone's favorite Rice Krispie treats topped with Andes candies. Sure to be a crowd pleaser! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons margarine or butter |
1 (10 ounce) package regular marshmallows |
6 cups kellogg's cocoa krispies cereal |
creme de menthe or mint parfait andes candies |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. 2. Add Cocoa Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated. 3. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. 4. Melt Andes candies over low heat in medium saucepan. 5. Drizzle over the top of the cocoa krispies or coat the entire top. 6. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day |
