This is yet another of my lovely tea creations. This blend's flavor reminds me strongly of various mint-flavored chewing gums. It makes a rather pleasant tea hot, but I prefer it chilled. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon spearmint |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon coriander seed |
1/8 teaspoon cardamom |
Directions:
1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. 2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes. |
