Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream |

This is incredible. I got onto an ice cream kick last summer when I bought my new ice cream maker. This has been one of our favorites so far. Hope you like it as much as we do. Ingredients:
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
2 tablespoons water |
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract |
4 drops green food coloring |
2 cups whipping cream whipped |
1 cup miniature chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine milk, water, extract and food coloring.
2. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips.
3. Pour into a foil lined loaf pan.
4. Cover and freeze for 6 hours.
5. Lift out of the pan and remove foil then slice.
