Mint Chocolate Almond Fudge |

This is a great holiday dish that is simple to make! Ingredients:
2 cups of mint chocolate chips |
1 cup of sliced almonds |
1 2/3 cups of packed brown sugar |
2 cups of mini marshmellows |
2/3 cup of evaporated milk |
1 tsp. vanilla |
plastic wrap for pan |
Directions:
1. put milk and sugar in a med. pot and heat to boiling 2. reduce heat to med and boil for 5 minutes should start to look curdled 3. remove from heat and add marshmellows stir until melted 4. mix in almonds, vanilla, and chips 5. Blend really well should look creamy and be some what thick 6. place plastic wrap inside a 8x8 or 9x9 pan make sure to leave atleast 2 inches of wrap hanging over each side for removing the fudge later 7. pour fudge into pan on top of plastic wrap 8. put into fridge to cool do not cover 9. after cools cut into small squares and serve |
