Ingredients:
1 cup mint leaves |
3/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1 cup water |
3/4 cup superfine granulated sugar |
1/3 cup cachaça |
Directions:
1. Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Skim off any foam, then pour into molds. Freeze 30 minutes. Insert sticks, then freeze until firm, about 24 hours. |
