This is an easy butter recipe that can be used to top grilled meats or vegetables. It's especially nice with lamb. From the Ultimate Grill Book. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature |
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly packed |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Whirl until well blended; scrape down sides of container often. |
