Wonderful, moist brownies with a mint taste. These won't stay around long! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (softened) |
1 cup sugar |
4 eggs (beaten) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup flour |
1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup |
2 cups confectioners' sugar |
1/2 cup butter (softened) |
2 tablespoons green creme de menthe |
6 tablespoons butter |
6 ounces chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Grease 9 x 13 pan. 2. Mix first layer ingredients and pour into pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4. COOL completely. 5. Mix second layer ingredients until smooth. 6. Spread over cooled brownies. 7. Melt third layer ingredients together. 8. Pour over previous 2 layers. 9. Refrigerate. |
