Mint and Cottage Cheese Samosas

cottage cheese triangles
Ingredients:
200 g cottage cheese
1 -2 green chili, chopped fine
1 egg yolk
1 bunch mint, chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. mix the first six ingredients well.
2. lay 1-2 tsp of the mixture in one corner of rectangular samosa sheet, fold corner and make samosa.
3. use flour paste to seal (2 tsp flour + 2 tbsp water).
4. deep fry till golden brown.
5. serve with ketchup or your favourite chutney.
