Mint and Cottage Cheese Samosas |

cottage cheese triangles Ingredients:
200 g cottage cheese |
1 -2 green chili, chopped fine |
1 egg yolk |
1 bunch mint, chopped fine |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. mix the first six ingredients well. 2. lay 1-2 tsp of the mixture in one corner of rectangular samosa sheet, fold corner and make samosa. 3. use flour paste to seal (2 tsp flour + 2 tbsp water). 4. deep fry till golden brown. 5. serve with ketchup or your favourite chutney. |
