1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
11/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar. Add salt to taste. If making up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill. 2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon. |
