4 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares |
1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk |
1 pinch salt |
1 tablespoon water |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a heavy sauce pan over medium heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk and salt. 2. Cook and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is thickened. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Stir in water. 5. Cool. 6. Stir in vanilla extract. 7. Makes enough frosting to frost a 2 layer cake. 8. Also good on cupcakes. |
