Wild rice makes a great salad base! Double the recipe for a larger group. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked wild rice |
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs |
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
1/4 cup sliced green olives |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. I a bowl, combine rice, eggs, cheese, Miacle Whip olives. 2. Mix well. 3. Chill for atleast 2 hours. 4. Just before serving, add pecans. 5. Toss. |
