Minnesota Wild Rice Salad

Wild rice makes a great salad base! Double the recipe for a larger group.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked wild rice
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/4 cup sliced green olives
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. I a bowl, combine rice, eggs, cheese, Miacle Whip olives.
2. Mix well.
3. Chill for atleast 2 hours.
4. Just before serving, add pecans.
5. Toss.
