super easy, quick , delicious dessert. Ingredients:
21 ounces cherry pie filling |
18 ounces yellow cake mix |
8 tablespoons margarine or 8 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. place one can of cherry pie filling in the bottom or a 9 x 13 cake pan (or can use a smaller pan) . In a large bowl, combine one yellow cake mix, and the melted margarine, (nothing else, just those two ingredients). Mix well, will be a little dry and crumbly. dot cake mixture on top of pie filling as evenly as possible. place in oven and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. 2. This recipe can also be made in a crock pot on low for 2-3 hours. |
