Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |

Directions:
1. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together into a large mixing bowl. Combine milk and eggs; add to flour mixture, and stir well. Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter. 2. Spoon batter into well-greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops with melted butter. |
