These flavorful meat balls taste even better when made a day ahead and reheated before serving. They have an asian flavor that is very good. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger |
1 lb ground beef |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, water, minced garlic and ginger. 3. Add ground beef and mix lightly, but thoroughly. 4. Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter. 5. Arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish. 6. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes. 7. Spear with toothpicks and serve from a chafing dish. |
