Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add egg, and beat mixture until well blended. 2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. 3. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
