This is a great recipe for kids to make, and it also tastes great!! Great to be served for dessert favors at any meal. This is also a good choice for those bake sales that we all contribute to. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
vanilla wafer cookie |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
pie filling (your choice of flavor or flavors) |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla until creamy. Place paper paper cupcake liners in the bottom of muffin tin. Butter each liner lightly with a little melted butter. Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake liner. Top wafer with cream cheese mixture and pie filling. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
