Quick and easy Bisquick-based bite-sized biscuit. Love the flavor of these even with light sour cream or non-fat Greek yogurt. Ingredients:
1 c biscuit/baking mix |
1/2 c sour cream (or plain greek yogurt) |
1/4 c butter melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425° 2. Mix all ingredients in bowl. 3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into greased mini-muffin pans. 4. Bake 425° for 15-18 min’s or until golden brown. 5. Yield: 1 dozen |
