These are great for Halloween parties and giving out as treats.You don't have to get a 30 oz. package of spice cake. Ingredients:
1 (30 ounce) spice cake mix |
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin |
chocolate icing |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Grease a cookie sheet.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and pumpkin until well blended.Drop by rounded spoonful onto the cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 9 minutes.Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.Then remove them to a wire rack to cool completely.Decorate with icing in a tube for a spooky jack-o-lantern.
