Great for any occasion! Enjoy with your coffee, hot tea, or a good tall glass of cold milk! Ingredients:
3c. cake flour |
1tsp. baking powder |
1/2 tsp. salt |
2c. sugar |
2st. softened butter |
3tsp. vanilla extract |
4 eggs |
3/4c. milk |
2c. chocolate morsels |
Directions:
1. In one bowl combine cake flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. 2. Another bowl beat sugar, butter and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add flour mixture alternating with milk. Stir in chocolate morsels. Pour in your favorite bundt pan; greased and floured or use non-stick spray. 3. Bake 325 degrees for 70 minutes. 4. When done turnover onto Cake plate let cool; dust with powdered sugar when ready to serve! |
