No cheese, no tomato, no other funny stuff. You don't have to feel guilty if you eat two! Quick, can be prepared in 30 minutes. Ingredients:
1 1/3 pound ground beef, 85% lean |
6 oz breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1/4 cup red pepper, diced |
1/2 tsp pepper |
10 g sauce, worcester |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 3. Divide into 12 equal portions. 4. Put portions into muffin tins, individually. 5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked. |
