Nice change of pace. The cheese gives these little loaves nice taste and moist. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck |
1 egg |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
2 cups shredded cheese |
2 cups brown sugar |
2 cups ketchup |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 tablespoon liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. In medium mixing bowl mix all ingredients (except for topping). 2. Grease muffin pans. 3. Press into muffin pans. 4. In small sauce pan bring topping to boil. 5. Spoon sauce on top. 6. Bake 375* for 30 minutes or until no longer pink. 7. May be halved. |
