I love using my mini-loaf pans. These little meatloaves are the perfect serving size :) Also easy to take with you for lunch, or camping Ingredients:
1 large onion, chopped |
1 1/4 cups corn flake crumbs |
2/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
2 large eggs, lightly beaten |
1 tablespoon dried parsley |
1 tablespoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
3 lbs ground beef |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Combine onion, bread crumbs, bell pepper, dry milk, water, 2 tablespoon ketchup, 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce, eggs, parsley, garlic salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. 3. Place meat mixture into mini loaf pans. Flatten the top, & cover with remaining ketchup & BBQ sauce mixture. 4. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. |
