small meatballs, about 3/4 inch diameter: 1 serving equals about 10,11 meatballs Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef |
1 cup minced celery |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 t teriyaki sauce |
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
1/2 t salt |
1 black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together in large bowl 2. form 3/4 inch meatballs 3. Either: place meatballs in large skillet over medium heat and brown all aroun OR 4. Bake in 400 oven for 12-15 minutes. |
