This is a recipe from Betty Crocker. Looks simple enough! Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce, if desired |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 small onion, finely chopped |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients and pat in an ungreased rectangular baking dish. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, separating the squares slightly. 3. Bake uncovered for around 25 minutes or until brown with no pink in the center and juice is clean. |
