Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/3 cup(s) ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1 pound(s) lean ground beef |
1/3 cup(s) scallions (sliced) |
1/2 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs |
2 teaspoon(s) worchester sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Whisk ketchup, worcestershire sauce, egg and salt in large bowl to blend. Add ground beef, bread crumbs and scallions. Mix well. Put into 4 x 2 mini loaf pans. Mix 2 tsp. ketchup, brown sugar and a dab of mustard and spoon on top of each loaf. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through and a meat thermometer inserted registers 160 degrees. |
