Mmm these are pretty good for something so low calorie Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour |
1 tbsp baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup banana |
1/4 cup splenda |
1/4 cup applesauce |
2 egg whites |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda and salt in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix banana, splenda, vanilla, egg whites and applesauce. Mix together and pour into 24 MINI muffin tins. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes. |
