I like to make this during summer!!! Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
9 small hamburger buns |
9 dill pickle slices |
9 teaspoons chopped onions |
9 teaspoons ketchup |
9 1/2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. Divide 1 lb of beef into 9 equal sized balls. 2. Form a patty out of each ball about 4 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick. 3. Do this on waxed paper. 4. Now freeze the patties at least a hour (keeps them from falling apart while grilling.). 5. You need two electric griddles. 6. One for meat and one for toasting buns. 7. Pre-heat the meat griddle to 375 F to 400 F and bun griddle about 350 F till light brown. 8. Place dill slices and dried chopped onion one each hamburger. 9. Put on ketchup and mustard with salt and pepper to taste. |
