Mini Ham and Cheese Rolls |

Mini sandwiches made on dinner rolls and brushed with melted butter, mustard, onion flakes and poppy seeds. From Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dried minced onions |
1 tablespoon mustard |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
24 dinner rolls |
1/2 lb chopped ham |
1/2 lb sliced swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. In a small mixing bowl combine onion flakes, mustard, poppy seeds and the melted butter. 3. Split each dinner roll and make a sandwich with the ham and cheese. Arrange the sandwiches on a baking sheet and drizzle the poppy seed mixture over the sandwiches. 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve warm. |
