We did a little experimenting at our house tonight with cornbread muffin mix and hotdogs. We loved it and hope you do too! Ingredients:
1 pouch cornbread muffin mix (we like betty crocker) |
ingedients listed on the muffin mix |
4-5 of your favorite hotdogs |
Directions:
1. Make cornbread muffin mix according to package directions.
2. Grease mini-muffin tin.
3. Fill muffin cups about 1/2 full with prepared muffin mix.
4. Cut hotdogs into 4 pieces each.
5. Place 1 hotdog piece into each muffin.
6. Bake according to muffin directions.
7. Enjoy with your favorite condinments.
