This is a modification of a recipe I found on . If you love cheesecake, but are watching your figure, these are glorious! Ingredients:
8 ounces light cream cheese |
3/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1/2 cup better'n eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Blend first 4 ingredients together with mixer. 3. Stir in mini chocolate chips. 4. Pour into mini cupcake papers. 5. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes. 6. Refrigerate. 7. Enjoy! |
