Simple to make and a sure hit with kids & grown-ups alike! Ingredients:
24 vanilla wafers |
1/4 cup light margarine |
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs |
16 ounces light cream cheese |
1/3 cup egg white |
1 tablespoon egg white |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup light sour cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
fresh strawberry slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F & place liners in muffin tin. 2. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each muffin cup. 3. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, & vanilla. 4. Spoon mixture on top of each wafer. 5. Bake 15 minutes then let cool. 6. Mix sour cream & sugar. Speard sour cream topping on each cup and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbes. Garnish with fresh strawberry slice. |
