Ingredients:
24 small vanilla cookies |
24 paper cups |
16 ounces cream cheese |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
1 can pie filling |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees f. 2. line muffin trays with paper cups. 3. place a cookie in the bottom of each cup. 4. combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. 5. fills each cup about 3/4 full. 6. bake about twenty minutes. 7. cool and top with pie filling. |
