Mini Cheese-and-Jam Pastries are the perfect party bites. Use your favorite jam or jelly over desired cheese for melt-in-your-mouth delights. Ingredients:
1/2 cup (2 oz.) desired shredded cheese (such as gouda, jarlsberg, or dubliner) |
1 (1.9-oz.) package frozen mini-phyllo pastry shells |
jam or jelly |
1 tablespoon finely chopped mixed nuts |
Directions:
1. Divide cheese among pastry shells. Spoon 1/2 tsp. desired jam or jelly into each shell. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately. |
