200 g shortcrust pastry |
100 g prosciutto |
200 g mozzarella |
8 cherry tomatoes |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. roll pastry out into 8 x 18cm circles 2. on one half lay out prosciutto 3. thumb sized mozerrella 4. squash in cheery tom 5. add few basil leaves 6. season with sea salt & black pepper 7. pinch & crimp edges 8. wash with egg 9. Bake at 220c/425f/gas 7 until golden on outside |
