This recipe goes with Mini Surf-and-Turf Burgers Ingredients:
3/4 pound lean ground beef |
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 tablespoon olive oil, divided |
Directions:
1. Place meat in a medium bowl; stir in parsley and salt. Form mixture into 12 Mini Burgers. 2. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry burgers, in 2 batches, 3 minutes on each side or until done. Repeat with remaining oil and burgers. |
