This is my version of burgers. Nice to serve hot or cold. Any leftovers can be chopped and add to a cold pasta salad. Ingredients:
1 kg beef, minced i use 3 star more fat |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 egg |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon ketchup |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl by hand until combine. 2. Make a small burgers and fry in pan on both sides. |
