If you like your burgers with cheese, add slices after baking, return to oven for 5 more minutes. These disappear SO quickly! Ingredients:
1/4 cup minced onion |
2 teaspoons butter |
1/2 lb ground round |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/4 teaspoon sage |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
20 small rolls, split |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in butter for 1 minute. 2. Transfer to large bowl. 3. Add ground round, egg and seasonings. 4. Spread onto bottom half of rolls. 5. Put tops on rolls. 6. Place on baking sheet; cover with foil. 7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. |
