Mini Brie And Apple Quiches |

Easy and yummy appetizer. Great for the holidays. Ingredients:
30 min phyllo shells |
1/2 med. apple ,diced |
5 lg. eggs |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1/4 tsp salt |
pinc of pepper |
pinch of nutmeg |
4 oz. brie cheese (cut into 30 squares) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Arrange phyllo shells on large,parchment -lined baking sheet. 3. Divide apple among the shells. Whisk eggs,Dijon,salt pepper,and nutmeg in large measuring cup. 4. Pour egg mixture over apple (do not over fill) 5. Place one piece of brie in each shell Bake till egg is set,Brie melted and phyllo starting to brown,about 15 mins. Let cool slightly before serving. |
