This recipe was made for a pot luck by one of my co-workers. I love our pot lucks, we have such a diverse work place. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fish sauce |
2 teaspoons white sugar |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon |
chili, minced, to taste |
1 cup green mango, julienned |
1 cup carrot, julienned |
1 cup cucumber, julienned |
peanuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle a fine dusting of sugar over the veggies and let them rest for 10-15 minutes. 2. Toss with dressing and top with peanuts. |
