Easy peasy...tasty too. Ingredients:
500 g ground beef |
2 1/2-3 cups water |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 tablespoons soya sauce |
1 (37 g) packet dry mushroom soup mix |
1 peeled chopped apple |
1/4-1/2 cabbage, sliced fine |
3 grated carrots |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
2 tablespoons raw rice |
Directions:
1. Brown mince. 2. Add all other ingredients. 3. Bring to boil then simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Serve with rice. |
