Minever's Classy Buttercream Icing

This lovely icing is creamy, and tasteful. Perfectly Perfect!

Ingredients:

1 cup crisco

1 teaspoon clear vanilla or 1 teaspoon butter flavoring

2 tablespoons water

1 lb powdered sugar

1 tablespoon meringue powder

Directions:

1. Cream shortening, flavoring and water. Add dry ingredients mix at medium speed until blended. Blend an additional minute or so until creamy.
