Minestrone Soup With Meat |

This is a family favorite and has been with us for many many years. This makes a very large amount Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef, browned |
2 cups onions, diced |
2 cups celery, diced |
2 cups carrots, diced |
2 large potatoes, diced |
2 cups cabbage, diced |
2 cups green beans |
2 cups zucchini, diced |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 (15 ounce) cans white beans, drained |
4 quarts water |
5 tablespoons beef bouillon granules |
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes |
3 teaspoons salt |
2 teaspoons oregano |
2 teaspoons sweet basil |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
2 cups spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients- except spaghetti, into a large pot and simmer for about 1 hour. Add in broken spaghetti and continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes. |
