This soup easy and healthy. Just throw everything in a pot and simmer. It tastes great and my family loves it on a cold day.
Ingredients:
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/3 cups onions, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup frozen carrots, sliced
5 cups cabbage, shredded
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
1 cup canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
11 cups water
2 cups spaghetti, broken, uncooked
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except spaghetti in a 4 quart pot, and stir until ingredients are well mixed.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
3. Add uncooked spaghetti and simmer for another thee to five minutes.
