You don't need ice when using frozen berries for this smoothie! Use any frozen berries you like. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
2 cups frozen mixed berries |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine soy milk, orange juice, wheat germ and frozen berries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. |
