Here's a mince dessert that can be enjoyed during the summer! The recipe comes from a 1952 cookbook(let), 21 NONE SUCH Mince Meat Recipes for Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, thanks to my wonderful partner in the current Cookbook Swap! Preparation time does not include the time needed for the hot pudding to cool & set! Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package butterscotch pudding mix |
milk |
2/3 cup mincemeat |
Directions:
1. Prepare pudding according to package directions. 2. Add mincemeat while pudding is still hot. 3. Pour mixture into either a quart bowl or 6 individual-serving bowls, & chill. |
