This came from a booklet I picked up when I bought some apples. Ingredients:
2 unbaked pie crusts |
2 cups mincemeat |
2 cups apples, peeled, sliced |
Directions:
1. Make or buy a double pie crust. 2. Line plate with crust. Pour mixture into crust. 3. Top with the other crust. Make slits in top crust. 4. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F for 30 minutes. |
