Ingredients:
6 oz flour |
4oz butter |
1-5/8 caster sugar |
mince |
Directions:
1. mix together the flour and sugar then rub in the butter to form fine bread crumbs. Then form the mix into a dough ball. Take a small ball of dough and press into a bun tin. Trim to neaten. Spoon a teason of mince into the case and top with a ring of pastry. Brush with egg wash and cook for 20mins in a preheated oven 180c. 2. When done dust with icing sugar. |
